# Movie Library Help

Please provide a directory, etc listing showing how the movies are named and organized.

Please provide log files from your Plex server.

- Set your server for debug logs only, not verbose (Server Settings → General → Show Advanced)
- Re-scan the library with missing movies
- Wait one minute after scan finishes
- Pull log files (Server Manage → Troubleshooting → Download Logs)
- Attach entire zip file to the thread.
