It should.** Yes > **Have you checked the access permissions of the file? `plex/plex` needs to have at least ‘read’ permission.** Yes I checked, Plex has read permissions. Also other files in the folder are being added to the library without any problems. > **Are you ripping/downloading directly into this folder?** This file in particular was uploaded through an ftp client as some of the other files that where added to the library without problems. (I could test this again) Most of the files are downloaded directly into it, so far without any problems, just tested that. Permissions of files that are uploaded through ftp client or directly downloaded into the folder are the same. Please find the `Plex Media Server.log` and `Plex Media Scanner.log` attached.
