Movies on TMDB created >10 days ago, no match

I have three movies that I know was created at least 10 days ago on TMDB but I can´t find them in Plex.

Which movies are you missing?
Could you share the TMDb links?

Plex is not finding anything right now. You can enter the biggest movies in the history and nothing found.

Same also for album art, it is all broken for me.

Android app is not showing my libraries either, even though this works for every other device and plexamp as well. This is really bad

That doesn’t sound right.
I’ve added new media to my server last weekend and it was processed just fine.

I understand there’s currently an issue that can cause some new content from various metadata repositories (like TMDb) is not ingested correctly — resulting in the issue described by PAN_64. This isn’t about Plex failing to match „all media“ as you suggest. Could be a networking issue, where your server fails to lookup the metadata backed (e.g. some bad DNS, firewall blocking communication…). Server logs should tell you more.

I updated the server to 1.42.2, rebooted all my network devices, still no change, it collects content from movies that been on TMDB for awhile but not on newer stuff.
How to share my server logs?

Yours doesn’t seem to be a server issue. The data just hasn’t been properly ingested into Plex‘s backend.

Well it was right. I did not change any settings and now it works, I can match a movie and search and find the correct item. Yesterday I could have searched for the most popular movie in the history of the world but find nothing.

The three movies are now in the Plex system and content are visible.
BUT another movie added to TMDB the 19th still doesn´t get a match.
Normal is a day or two…

This has been an issue for around a month now, it is taking 2-4 weeks for the Plex Agent to reflect changes to the TMDB/TVDB APIs. It should take 24-72 hours for changes to trickle through the system. There have been several posts about it in the last few days, so hopefully it gets on support’s radar and it can get fixed.
