Multi-Disc Albums

I remember multi disc sets showing up withing Plex all combined as 1 album but then I’d click the album and it would break them up as CD 1, CD 2 etc.. See attached Elton John picture but the songs just flow into one another now (17 and then 1). I liked seeing which songs were on which cd in the set. Am I doing something wrong with my labeling or was this a change within Plex?

It was a change in the 3.0.0 version of Plex Web. Whether it was intentional or not, I don’t know, but it’s a known issue. See this post for a statement from a Plex employee.

I think even I’m holding it wrong. In list view, this is what I’m getting. I can see both CDs

Your 2-disc set is cataloged as two separate albums (probably because the album titles are different), which is a different situation.
