You currently cannot change the layout. Anything that’s not a regular album will be displayed as a single-row horizontal hub. Plex is picking this information up from MusicBrainz OR embedded metadata… so your choices are to fix a bad assignment at its source (waiting a few days for it to be approved by the MusicBrainz community and to replicate to the Plex databases) or to manually tag your files with MB based primary/secondary release type information.
