# My Features Wishlist for 2025

For the new year 2025, here is my wishlist to make the great Plex experience even better.
1. Under “Recently Added in Movies/TV-Series” make it possible to “Remove from…”. It is possible to do under Section “Keep Watching” so this should be easy.
2. Activate movie Extras in more places (Apple TV, Roku and so on). It is hard to understand why it is active in the web version and on for example iOS but not on all platforms that people use.
I placed this under a new thread since it seems like these issues and requests are forgotten when embedded into other threads (ghosted?) by the developers.
This way it can be a live thread where also the developers can get the opportunity to give their view on when these features can be implemented that have been requested by so many users for so long.
Also feel free to post _your_ requests for 2025 in this thread.

What exactly are you missing and on what specific platforms?
Movie extras are 100% supported on the Apple TV client.
The only gap I’m aware of relates to extras for tv content. Not all clients support extras for all tiers of a tv show library (show, season, episode).
The level of support is documented on the related [support article](https://support.plex.tv/articles/local-files-for-tv-show-trailers-and-extras/).
In addition there’s a feature suggestion addressing this gap (again… focusing on tv content; not aware of any gaps for movie extras).

The ability to use dvr functions (record, ff, rew, pause) for the streaming channels would make Plex my go to for most of my viewing even if it meant fees.

You can feed the Plex streaming channels into Channels DVR as an IPTV source and record them there…I do it all the time 🙂

Allow secondary sorting of music when viewing in “Folders”. I shouldn’t be forced to dump all 20,000+ songs into one folder in order to view by albums.
Seems really basic.

Just add the Channels DVR recording folder into your Plex library - then you can just watch them in Plex. Don’t even need to use the Channels client.
