The crash uploader logs only show if a crash report has been uploaded to [plex.tv](http://plex.tv) successfully or not, they do not have any other relevant information in them.

Try uploading your Media [Server logs](https://support.plex.tv/articles/200250417-plex-media-server-log-files/) instead.

Open Plex Settings \> Troubleshooting \> click on Download Logs and post the resultant .zip file here.

That said, quite often, damaged or poorly encoded media files can cause the server to crash.

Check your media files carefully.

The Plex analysis logs can sometimes help to locate damaged/poorly encoded files.
