# My Plex Server is down (started from auth/api major outage)

you can check this easily for yourself, @ [Plex Web](https://app.plex.tv/desktop) \> settings \> manage \> console

watch for anything that indicates sqlite database malformed or similar.

also, there is an admin notification on several clients, if you have them enabled.
