# My.plexapp.com SSL error

Server Version#:1.25.1.5286  
[my.plexapp.com](http://my.plexapp.com) SSL error is throwing a Error code: SSL\_ERROR\_INTERNAL\_ERROR\_ALERT

I have been using the plex API for a while now and today it started throwing an SSL error.

@anon18523487 Any chance you can take a look at this?

Curious as to what you’re using this for? It’s not a supported domain (for a long time) and has just been hanging around but seems a recent service migration is causing this SSL error.

Somebody will look at this tomorrow but you should just not be using this domain anymore, [https://plex.tv](https://plex.tv) is what you want.

Im using the plexapi python package, and that is what it uses
