I’ve never had this issue before. Plex on my TV no longer can discover my library from my server. Same wifi, same account. On my computer, I can verify that the files are still on plex. Not sure what I’m doing wrong.
What make/model of TV is that?
Some weeks ago Plex dropped support for a number of old TVs that no longer support modern communication encryption.
Not sure if your TV is that old 
Hi Tom - My TV is actually almost brand new, it’s the Hisense H8G. Oddly, it seems that my library is now discoverable again, so I guess everything is working now.

Make sure in Plex app settings you have manual server entered ( Server LAN IP address and port 32400)
Then in your Server/Network settings
Secure connections - Preferred
To reserve to server LAN IP in your router would also be a good idea
