# Mysterious PIP Box

Server Version#: 1.43.3.10861  
Player Version#: 5.94.1

I started getting this pip screen when I start any media behind the picture. It is happening on all of my smart TV’s in the house; Visio, Samsung, FireTV.

I’ve tried every setting I can find on the players and the server to no avail. I can’t blame it on the piece of crap new player that just came out (God it is awful!), because I was lucky enough that my main TV did not upgrade for some glorious reason. Anyway, an ideas would be great! Thanks.

If you’re seeing it on clients other than a Vizio, suggest you grab logs and share them along with model, firmware of the tv/device.
