# Naming movies

Server Version#: 1.26.1.5798

I have a question about naming movies. If I have 2 movies whose names are close, Plex Server identifies them as the same movie. For example A Perfect Pairing and The Perfect Pairing. I named them as follows:

A Perfect Pairing (2022) {tmdb-934761}  
The Perfect Pairing (2022) {tmdb-874136}

(note that originally I tried the tvdb identification numbers, no difference)

However, Plex Server still refuses to list them as different movies. How do I force the server to properly identify the movies.

[Plex Dance](https://forums.plex.tv/t/the-plex-dance/197064) both movies, returning them to the library separately (return one, scan the library, return the second, scan it again). This clears the bad matching information from the Plex Media Server database.
