Naming Two Episodes In One File

I've seen a couple of discussions on this but it doesn't seem to solve my issue.
I don't want to manually split the episodes.
The problem: Captain Caveman episodes are joined 2 in 1 file.
So it's not like SG1 or Voyager or any other show where there is a part 1 and 2. These are two separate files.

This is the latest file name I have tried; "Captain Caveman and the Teen Angels - S01E01+E02 - The Kooky Case of the Cryptic Keys - The Mixed Up Mystery of Deadman's Reef"
Instead of "+" I've tried a hyphen, a slash, space, no space.
When I click the 3 dots, I don't see an option for splitting the episode.
What do I do?

Each time you rename it, you must move the media out, scan files, empty trash, and clean bundles before scanning again. This is the “plex dance”. It removes the file’s fingerprint from the database. This way, when scanned again with the new S01E01E02 name, PMS properly detects the new name and matches appropriately.
