# NAS not detected with android App

Hello
when using Plex android app, my Plex server is detected only if I am connected on the same network but not recognized if I am trying an access outside from my network (in travel for example).
It works fine if I use another computer so the problem seems linked to android app (and not the server configuration).
Is it mandatory to buy a Pless Pass to solve this issue ?
Server Version#: 1.29.1.6316
Player Version#: 9.10.1.36024

Please provide the [android logs](https://support.plex.tv/articles/201573117-android-android-tv-fire-tv-logs/) when trying to connect from outside your local network.

sorry but my issue seems now fixed. I can access to my music library without wifi connection.
I don’t know what I changed but currently it works.
