Server Version#: 1.20.2.3370-b1b651549 Player Version#: Starting Sep 28th, I began getting certificate errors from kaspersky while trying to use plex web. Since then, remote access will not stay on, and my libraries are unreachable through app.plex.tv even while on the same machine the server is running on. ---

I have the same issue. Everything worked fine up until the 28th, now remote access through all Plex apps is broken. Took a look at the cert and it was issued at 5PM on the 28th of September, I have 0 logged streams after that point. @ChuckPa Can you clear out a couple more certs? I suggest that Plex start a pinned thread and post an outage. This seems to be affecting many people looking at the threads in this forum and on Reddit. I just about rebuilt my server before looking at the forum…glad I checked here first… ---

@Kolby_G I will post a thread as soon as we get yours resolved. Good idea. Can you confirm for me you’re seeing `404` in the server logs when PMS tries to update from Plex.tv at startup? Web logs don’t count . ---

Interestingly, no. I don’t see 404 specifically. However, disabling “Secure Access” resolves the issue immediately. I don’t want to leave it like that, but I will until I figure this out. I just rebooted the server and grabbed the log after a few minutes. Have the remote connections as well started on 28th / 29th Sept. Thanks for the temporary workaround disabling secure connections, not ideal but has stopped the remote access being disabled after every 15sec on enabling it. Hopefully a fix is pending, or a cert refresh. ---
