# Need help again

I’m getting an error message when attempting to play a specific movie. I’ve confirmed the movie is playable on my external, but thats it, not sure what else I can/should do

can someone guide me on how to resolve this matter? I’ve already restarted my laptop and the server is 100% up to date

it is a iMac M3 aptop

if it matters… other movies play fine from my server
