# Need Help Please

Last night I added users to my account so they were not logging in on admin account Now when I go to play the a movie it shows up in all my liberies and such I try to click play and nothing happens now it wont play any of the movies or shows can anyone help me on this ?

Now I get it to work on firefox but not exploer where it worked last night everyone connected to it is using internet explorer as well … any suggestions

For playback on Windows & Mac systems, use [Plex Media Player](https://www.plex.tv/media-server-downloads/#plex-app). It will give you a better playback experience than using a browser. It also direct plays more codecs versus using a browser, so you will see less transcoding on your server.

If you do use a browser, suggest using Firefox or Chrome. Plex and IE/Edge do not seem to like each other sometimes.
