# Need help setting up on Nvidia Shield

Hi …  
I am not very teckie, so please bare with me.  
I have plex installed on my desktop (windows 10) and on my Nvidia Shield. The files I would like to access thru the Nvidia are all sitting in my Desktop. It shows that I have two servers… my desktop and the Nvidia Shield.  
I can see and play (very poorly) the files on Nvidia…  
It appears that I cannot start Plex Media Server… (I push start… it spins for a couple of minutes and remains STOPPED…??  
It also appears that I am not able to establish a direct connection…??

I would love to be able to speak with someone to walk me thru the fixes, but it appears that is not available.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated… !!!
