# Need ssl certificate reset

I cannot connect to my Plex server securely on my shield tv. I’ve tried just about everything. The posts that I’ve found says that I need my ssl certificate reset.

I might have it fixed. I found a post that told me to connect to the shield tv IP address and turn secure server off then on.
