# New app poster issue

I have just opened the new app on my apple tv and the custom posters for my own media is displaying in landscape aspect and cut off. Anyone had this issue and able to point me in the right direction to fix it.

Is this about an other-video type library, watching items ny folders?

Do you experience this with all media or only for a particular library?  
If it’s specific to a library… what type of library is it (movie, tv series, music, other video)?

Are you seeing this in the regular library view or when displaying your library by folders? … or possibly only for items in a playlist….

Only for a particular library but only since the update
