New computer - external drive seen by Windows but not Plex

Not sure what to do here. My old Windows 10 PC was finally just too sluggish to upgrade, so I bought a new machine. It’s fully up to date, and everything seems to be fine, except Plex doesn’t see my external drive. Windows sees it; I can access / view / edit everything on it with no issue. But when I create a new library in plex, it doesn’t show up. It’s the same drive I was using with the old computer.

I’ve tried just manually entering the path, but if I do that it simply says “no media found”. I’m totally at a loss here. What can I do? Thanks.

Did you connect the drive while PMS was running? If so, then it won’t be seen. PMS does a check when it starts, to identify available drives. Try restarting PMS and see if that fixes it.
