I am having now almost daily meetings with TiVo and escalating issues, We do have some regional and local channel issues in the lineups and one of the priority actions is ensuring all UK OTA lineups are correct - I did an audit and the results of the audit are being actioned Another priority item is getting the “New” indicator for BBC episodes set appropriately and that is being followed up.
