# New Install - won't stream

Just recently installed Plex but I can’t get it to stream at all. I have a WDTV Live and it can find all the movies but when I try to stream the orange circle just pops up and after 5 or so minutes I shut it down. I also have a Sony PS3 and basically the same thing happens. My Sharp TV also does this.
When I try to stream the same movie using the PS3 Media Server, the same movie starts within 10 seconds of being selected on all 3 devices. I have tried this with many movies and the same result each time.
Everything is hard wired and I have a dual core Acer with 2.7 Ghz each and 4GB RAM.
I’m stumped. Can anyone offer any advice? One movie in question is 713KB in an AVI container with MPEG4 video and MP3 audio streaming at 670Kbps.
