Hi, I’m trying to set up my young son to view family friendly TV programs and films using managed users and filtering by certain labels such as ‘Children’.
I have already put the necessary tags > genres on the programs and films that I want to filter by. In the restrictions setup I have chosen to only restrict based on labels not ratings.
I have set him up like this…
When I switch to his user is see…nothing is avaialble
But when I switch to another user (with no restrictions) and filter by the same values in genre I get the programs I expect…
Perhaps tags and labels aren’t the same thing. If they are not then where do you enter labels?
