# New nvidia shield plex server unable to connect securly

Player Version#:Web  
\<If providing [server logs](https://support.plex.tv/articles/200250417-plex-media-server-log-files/) please do NOT turn on verbose logging, only [debug logging](https://support.plex.tv/articles/201643703-reporting-issues-with-plex-media-server/#toc-1) should be enabled\>  
When logging into app.plex.tv and trying to access my nvidia shield server which I’ve just setup fresh out of the box, I’m getting the issue unable to connect securely. Are you able to reset my server certificate so this works please
