I’m running a new PMS on a new Shield Pro. Getting a Conversion failed. A required codec could not be found or failed to install. Some content plays, but MKV H264 is the one I’m having issues with. I have the latest version of PMS and the Shield OS. Movies fail to play on Shield Pro or Web App from my computer.

For some reason Plex stopped including the codecs with pms so it has to download the first time… Maybe their server is down.
I assume you restarted the shield?
Would help if you posted logs.

Here’s the log dump, not sure what log to look in. I’ve restarted the shield.
Well heck, I restarted it again - now it’s working. Thanks for the suggestion!
