Yes I noticed this. Was escalated. The data is available for our next ingestion which should complete before the morning. I cannot say if this ingestion will complete before the overnight Plex Media Server guide refresh - so assuming the next ingestion completes ok, a guide refresh tomorrow morning should pick the data.
Lets wait and see what happens after tomorrows update.
At least things are dealt with for the UK and the US. In the German section there has been silence for almost a month now. We are probably too low in numbers to be up in priority. Not worth to report anything and waste your time with this.
I donât think our provider stands a chance of getting it right if their source is the channel itself. But I will continue to flag that it is a problem area
This has been referred to our provider. But it will be attributed to the channel itself. If you look at the ITV 2 schedule here https://www.itv.com/hub/tv-guide/2020-02-08 you can see they refer to it as âLove Island: Unseen Bitsâ and not âLove Island: Unseen Bits #4â
@chenks you should realise for each issue it may take some time to investigate and establish where the issue is and if it is at our end or provider. The continuous posting and querying what I am saying does not help and only takes time better spent dealing with the issues
