New Plex Player won't play media now!

Just updated the plex player and now it wont play any of my media. IOs still works but the new plex player is unable to play media. It can operate the server, look at media, changes settings, etc but is unable to play any media.

IVP6 - Off
Secure Connections - Off
Direct Play / Stream - Off

Static IP setup and excluded already.

Which Player is this? Plex for Mac or Plex for Windows?

I have the same thing happening with Windows 7. Until I updated to server 1.16.1 I could play directly on the Windows server. Then I couldn’t. And yesterday I updated to the current 1.16.5.1488 and it didn’t change, still won’t play directly. This includes MKV files and MPEG2VIDEO. Also, it WILL play music files.
