# New Plex UI Interface

Currently in the new UI if you were to pause a film then play again, the screen stretches it’s view.
To get back to it’s original view you need to go out of the film and go back.
Currently only happening on the app through the Amazon fire TV stick or cube.

See this post, @Chattykinson is asking for logs when you experience the issue.

Same, won’t stay in letterbox on some videos. Black screen when paused. Slow as molasses running up a hill. I’m reverting to the old client.
