Server Version#:1.27.0.5897 Player Version#: ![Screen](https://global.discourse-cdn.com/plex/original/4X/c/c/b/ccb97744e7937fd9af373daae7ab5bf91a1fd51a.jpeg) After new update, this screen is all I can access. The status page shows all clear no issues, and when I try to log in through [plex.tv](http://plex.tv) login hangs after I submit credentials. Player functionality on all home and mobile devices are still functioning, and can even scan library from mobile app. Only Desktop functionality seems to be missing. ---

When you say “desktop” do you mean the Web app or the Windows app or both ---

that browser is known to block things that are required for the web app to work. I’m not sure of it’s settings but you may have to whitelist plex.tv. ---

Ok, I tried to whitelist but it’s still giving me trouble, however I did test on Edge and it’s working normally. I’ll see if I can’t get it working on Avast and post what I find out. Thank you very much for your help ---
