# New Plex User - Keep Getting Errors

I just downloaded Plex and am trying to set it up but I keep getting the error “There was an unexpected error loading the dashboard” when I try to use it. I have nothing loaded yet, it’s literally a blank server, and I’ve tried optimizing dashboard after reading some of the forums. Can anybody help? Thank you.
