I just installed Plex media server on my windows 10 computer. I appear to be logged in and purchased the monthly plex pass. I can’t do anything with the server. I can’t add any libraries and when I try to access the server settings I get “server settings unavailable”. I have tried to reinstall many times, I tried to delete all the files and reinstall so that the install wizard will run again but plex remembers me and logs me in and put me right back where I was with no access to the running media server.
problem resolved needed to delete all configuration information and reinstall plex
