Server Version#: 1.21.1.3842 Player Version#: N/A I setup a new plex server on linux in docker. During the install I claimed the server, but had to use `ssh -N -L localhost:32400:localhost:32400 user:IP` in order to access and setup the server as it would not grant me access to the server through the normal URL. I’ve had to do this in the past so wasn’t a problem. This time however, I add the libraries and when it goes to scan them, it does not perform a scan. Nothing happens. I’ve attached logs below. Any help greatly appreciated 🙂 (File removed) ---

Looks like it scanned exactly 2 movies: 1. Jimmy Westwood Amerikan Hero (2016) 2. Fruitvale Station (2013) However it was scanning those folders as it couldn’t determine any changes?! If there’s more movie folders with content, this could be a permission issue (w/ Plex not having permission to see their content). ---

Hmm… That’s bizarre. There are lots of films in that directory. However, when I browse to that directory in Plex (add library directory), it only shows those two movies. What might I need to change in the docker permissions setup? Out of interest, if it can see them, why won’t it add them? Is that because it thinks they’re in the library already? ---

Yes, permissions are set correctly in the container to 1000. I found that the issue was the my drive was not mounted correctly. 👍 ---
