Plex windows 10 store app vs regular download version

I downloaded Plex Media Player as a plex pass member and installed that, but later discovered that there’s another Plex player available on Windows 10 app store. Can someone please tell me if there’s any differences between the 2 versions? Not sure why there’s 2 different versions. Which one is better?
