# New to Plex, having an issue

Hello there,

&nbsp;

I came across Plex yesterday and installed the media server on my PC.&nbsp; I was able to access the web app and view my media from my PS4, PS3, iPad and iPhone using a web browser.

&nbsp;

However, today only the PS4 and PS3 are able to access the server.&nbsp; My Apple devices cannot.&nbsp; This is confusing me, because they are all operating on the same wifi network.&nbsp;

&nbsp;

When I go into Server \> Connect I see one checkmark and the message

```
"Signed in to Plex

You have successfully signed your server in to Plex, but we were unable to reach it from outside your network."

```

Is anyone able to advise what might have gone wrong?&nbsp; Thanks in advance for taking the time to assist.&nbsp; :)
