New Windows App Stutters

Downloaded Windows desktop app for the first time. Standard h.264 movies sttutter severely. The web app does NOT stutter, always very smooth.

NOT sure which settings to investigate.

I agree, this new app’s playback quality is abysmal. Please comment in my previous thread to try and get more recognition on this issue: New Plex for Windows playback is not smooth
