# No access to server

Hi, I need help setting up my server.

It’s running on a Windows 10, connected to mesh network via cable. All firewalls turned off. No double Nat. Fixed local IP address.

I can always access it over the phone, locally or remotely. However, TVs don’t pick it at all.

Set to preffered in settings. Remote access settings shows the server is accessible remotely.

Any hints will be most welcome.

I don’t see any server on your account that you are signed into forum with. is it claimed or are you using some other account for server?

then you need to sign into player apps with that Plex account or give access to libraries to the `Dennnic` account

Oh my god. I’ve been signing in with the other account from the beginning.

I’ve had my modem replaced twice, swapped routers, payed for my bandwidth increase, reinstalled Plex several times and have spent like a month with port forwarding and router setup.

There it is, it works.
