# No clients found with remote control

hi guys, i hope that this is the right section  
i m working to a little project…alexa plex skill is not available in my country so i m trying to coding by myself but i I ran into a problem…i m using PLEXAPI and it’s working very well but when i use the function to get the client list i get an empty list…firstly i tought that the problem was PLEXAPI but it is not.  
If i run this command

[http://192.168.1.114:32400/clients/?X-Plex-Token=xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx](http://192.168.1.114:32400/clients/?X-Plex-Token=xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx)

i got

MediaContainer size=“0” content=“plugins”\> \</MediaContainer

so i’m wondering, should i set anything in particular on my server to get the whole list?  
PS: I m using a raspberry pi4 (raspbian+docker)

update: i think to understand the problem…i tried 3 different clients: chrome based, plex plugin for kodi and plex client for windowns…its worked just for the last…i think that for the others there are some compatibility problems or something else that i don’t understand.  
Could someone give me more info about that?
