Minimum server version is 1.41.2

The new direction has the apps checking “Am I Remote” and then Plex Pass or Remote Watch Pass. So you need a near perfect DNS and Network configuration to function which is why your [server logs](https://support.plex.tv/articles/200250417-plex-media-server-log-files/) will answer most of the “why it’s not working”.

OP sounds like his cert didn’t renew and is unclaimed, but again logs.
