# No posters or thumbnails using local media agent

Hmm. Got the file and it worked fine for me.

I wonder if your codec is corrupted. There is a message in your log related to codecs. Stop PMS, find this folder and delete all of it’s contents, restart PMS, [Plex Dance](https://forums.plex.tv/t/the-plex-dance/197064) the file again.

C:\Users\Administrator\AppData\Local\Plex\ Media\ Server\Codecs
