# No remote control/Direct connection possible

Hello
I tryed to forward ports to accsess Plex from outside. Yet i get issue reports.
These are the Router settings
The first are manually set by me, the second one is automatically generatet from Plex as I allowed to change the settings.
Here is the Plex Dashboard:
If I change the public port to 32400 I get the same error message
I have no Idea where my mistake is.

Oh ich poste ja automatisch im Deutschen forum. Das wusste ich nicht.
Nun ich habe vergessen zu erwähnen, dass ich lediglich IPv6 habe und den Support für IPv6 in den Einstellungen aktiviert habe!

Diese Doppelt und dreifach posts tun mir wirklich leid aber;
Es war kurzzeitig laut webinterface von außerhalb erreichbar.
Als ich testen wollte, ob es einen PC Neustart überlebt und dann haben sich die Angaben wieder geändert:
Ich bin total ratlos. Kann mir jemand weiterhelfen?

Hallo,
du solltest manuell die Ports TCP 27674 an Port 32400 setzen.
und nicht 32400 an 32400.

Klappt leider so auch nicht; Danke dennoch für den Hinweis! Ich behalte es im Hinterkopf wenn IPv6 unterstützt wird! 🙂
