If I go to manage\>Library and edit on the TV Shows there’s no intro skip feature presented. It looks l you are either not use a plex account that has a plexpass subscription attached to it to manage the server, or the server isn’t seeing that you have a plexpass. As skip into requires a plexpass sub to show up. P.S.: please turn off verbose logging next time you want to share logs ---

Would you mind turning VERBOSE logging back OFF? Verbose only makes our job more difficult for the vast majority of cases hence why the default is off. After saving those changes, Please restart PMS. Wait 2 minutes , allowing it to remain idle, Download the logs again Attach the ZIP again please. ---

for a long time now, i tried around with linuxserver as well as plexinc docker image but did not get any results. Could it maybe be that somehow the server thinks, that it cant use plex pass features? when beeing in my profile, I see the plex pass symbol, but under Settings \> General I see the same account but no plex pass symbol. Is there a way to verify that the server can use plex pass features? I also noticed that watching media on the server of a friend does not give me the skip intro buttons, but it shows for him. Is this normal behaviour? ---

@spacemoehre The Skip -Intro depends on the player (from what I know). I believe all players should have it. I apologize I’m not 100% versed with each player. ---
