# No sound in Plex app - W11

Hello,

I use Plex on Windows. However, some shows never have sound. What is the reason for this?  
Below you can see my Plex and Windows sound settings. I don’t have this problem on the browser or TV.

Thank you very much for your response.  
After downloading, I set up the computer. However, after opening Plex, it closed itself. I tried a few more times, restarted the computer, but the problem did not change.

Can you explain exactly how to do the installation, step by step, when you have the time?
