Hi, I recently installed Plex application on my Synology, but I cannot configure it. I go into the app store and run it from here it takes me to the local address **[http://172.148.80.75:32400/web/index.ht](http://172.148.80.75:32400/web/index.ht) … 2ecf77ecc8** with “The server you’re trying to access doesn’t want to let you in. Make sure you’re signed in as a user with access to this server.” This makes it impossible for me to configure the server. Does anyone have any idea how to fix it?

> Hello, I’m afraid I’ve fallen into a pillar to post situation with the following problem: After months of hassle-free use the Plex Media Server on my DS918+ has stopped working after an update last week. The installation of this update ended with the error: “Failed to run the Package Services”. Now I can no longer open Plex.
