In my photo library I have only now 1000 photos, uploaded more than 24 hours ago., In the configuration of the library I have marked the option tag in the photos and the Spanish language, do we have to do something else?
Hey @octaviz,
They should start getting tagged immediately when you scan in new items or if for some reason they couldn’t get processed it will try again during the hours set for your scheduled tasks.
There is also the possibility that the service will be throttled but that won’t happen if you’ve only processed 1000 items.
If you want you can upload your PMS logs and we can take a look to see if there are any issues.
