I was planning on buying a lifetime Plex Pass … but stumbled on the fact that there is no technical support.

No Direct-Support for their Products as a paying Customer is total bullshit !

Is Plex trying to grow their Customer-Base or not ???

There are Plex staff in the forums.

Users are also a great resource.

In the many years I’ve been using Plex, the forums have answered my questions. Assume of course that you are pleasant and provide necessary logs when asking,

I’ve had a Plex Pass for 10+ years and the benefits that it brings are clearly listed.
