When I try to play something I can get audio but no picture and it only happens in the app on web it’s fine on xbox it’s fine just the desktop app. I have reinstalled the app made sure it’s up to date deleted my local file and searched about it and found nothing. Has anyone had this happen and how do I fix this? Player Version#:1.47.1.3086-6c3d964f ---

The version number and the error you are describing belong to the Plex for Windows app, but not the web app. You should try [Black screen on all media after updating to 1.42.1](https://forums.plex.tv/t/black-screen-on-all-media-after-updating-to-1-42-1/783707/1) ---
