# Not able to change password

I’m not able to reset my password.

I don’t receive the forgot password mail.

What can I do?

Did you forget your password?  
If you did not, then there is no need to “reset” the password.  
You just need to _change_ it.

I tried to change my password but received an error.

Now, both the old and new passwords don’t work anymore. However, I’m still logged in on my mobile. I tried to reset my password via the reset password link, but I haven’t received the email.

In short, yes, I have forgotten my password.

I’m got wrong password for my existing one, which is very unlikely since I use a password manager and logged in with it before. However, I’m wondering why I don’t get the email for the password reset. The reason for the change was the security notification earlier today
