Not able to use slideshow on IOS or Android! (only Webplayer is working!)

Hey Guys!
I’m new to Plex. I was using “QPhoto” for a long time on a Tablet for slideshow of Photos on my QNAP. I imported all of the photos and created some albums all is working fine. Except, that i cant play any folder/album as sliedshow.
When i am using the webplayer everything works (even on ios) but not in the app.
Is this a bug? did I do sth wrong?
