I Purchase a new Synology NAS DS920+
I Install PLEX and I keep getting the following Message.
Not authorized. You do not have access to this server.
Any help will be greatly appreciated.

What is the LAN IP of your server?
What is the LAN IP of your computer you use to access it?
Are you opening the synology by http://ip.addr.of.syno:32400/web

Are you attempting to open it using the QuickConnect link ?
(We cannot use the QuickConnect link until AFTER setup is complete)

I open my Synology station using quick connect.
I see you indicated that we cannot use quick connect link until after setup is completed.
I had no idea, It work by going in locally. Thank You so much for your help.

There is a reclaiming mechanism built into the installer.
Uninstall the package with the KEEP option
Now install the same SPK file again
a. Use the Plex Claim Token option (this is how you claim it)
b. Click “Get Plex Claim Token”
c. COPY the token the browser gives you
d. PASTE that token into the window on the installer page
e. Click Next until it starts to install.
f. It will install the software then start communicating with Plex.tv
g. It needs 15-20 extra seconds to communicate with Plex.tv for the new claiming.
When finished, if successful, it will confirm the server is claimed and assigned to your Plex username (it displays this).
Open the server by http://ip.addr.of.syno:32400/web to confirm.
Once you’ve confirmed everything is OK, you can use whichever method you like. Personally, I set a bookmark in my browser’s toolbar
Also had no idea about this. The time I did the Installation I saw that option (PLEX CLAIM TOKEN)
and didn’t go that route as I had no idea what that mean. The information provide here now creamy helps me understand the right step. I do this this morning and see how I do.
